Alongside are three separate bedrooms with six beds in total, a bathroom and a dedicated laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer – workwear washed and dried without a trip to the launderette.
High-speed internet is included, bed linen and towels are provided, and there is free parking directly at the house – vans included. Book by the day, by the week or by the month, with a framework agreement for recurring assignments if you wish. Companies receive a proper invoice with VAT shown.

The apartment sleeps 6 in 3 separate bedrooms: one room with three single beds, one room with two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed on request, and a single room. It can of course also be used by fewer people.
How much does the contractor apartment cost per night?
The whole apartment costs 99 € per night (92.52 € net) – whether 1 or 6 people arrive. At full occupancy that works out at 16.50 € per person per night. For longer stays there are staged discounts of 7 to 30 percent.
How far is it to Bremerhaven and Bremen?
Bremerhaven is around 15 kilometres away and Bremen around 20 kilometres. The A27 slip road is only a few minutes away, so you are quickly on your way in either direction. Cuxhaven is about 60 kilometres away.
Is there internet in the apartment?
Yes, high-speed internet over WiFi is available throughout the apartment and is included in the price. Video calls, streaming and working on a laptop are no problem at all.
Can I do laundry at the apartment?
Yes. The apartment has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. That means you can wash and dry workwear whenever you need to, without driving to a launderette.
Is the apartment fully equipped?
Yes. The open-plan kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. Bed linen and towels are provided, and there is a television.
Is there parking for vans and company vehicles?
Yes, there are free parking spaces directly at the house – vans, Sprinters and trailers included. The car park is generous, so manoeuvring is straightforward.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes. In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, takeaways and bakeries, as well as several delivery services that deliver to the door. Supermarkets, a petrol station and a pharmacy are also quick to reach.
Will I get an invoice for my company?
Of course. The landlord is BH Holding GmbH; you receive a proper invoice with VAT shown, which you can submit to your employer or accounts department without any trouble.
Can I rent the apartment long term?
Yes. As well as booking by the day, we offer weekly and monthly rates and framework agreements for companies with recurring assignments. Special terms apply for long-stay guests.
What time can I check in?
Arrival is normally possible from 14:00 and departure by 10:00. If you work shifts or arrive late, we will find a solution to suit you – just mention it in your enquiry.
