No minimum stay – bookable from a single night, as long as the calendar is free. There is no upper limit; from seven nights the tiered discount applies automatically.
Prices and terms
One price for the whole apartment, whatever the number of people. Final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water and high-speed internet are always included. Companies receive an invoice with the VAT shown separately.

92.52 € net plus 7% VAT – whether 1 or 7 people arrive.
Long-stay rates – the longer you stay, the less you pay
The discount depends on the length of stay and is applied automatically. The calendar works out the total price for your dates straight away.

All gross prices include 7% VAT. The per-person figures refer to the base rate; from 7 nights it drops in line with the long-stay tiers. Companies receive an invoice with the VAT shown separately.

Terms
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 14:00, departure by 10:00. Other times by arrangement.
Deposit
A deposit may be agreed for long-term bookings. It is refunded in full after departure, provided there is no damage.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer once the invoice has been issued. Companies can book on account with payment terms.
Invoice
You receive a proper invoice from BH Holding GmbH with the VAT shown separately – ideal for claiming back through your employer or the tax office.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that we charge the agreed cancellation fee. Individual terms apply under framework agreements.
Long stays and companies
From four weeks we offer significantly reduced monthly rates and, on request, fixed capacity for the whole duration of the project.
Visitor tax / local levy
If a visitor tax or similar levy applies, we show it separately.
