The rooms
Living and dining area with open-plan kitchen
The heart of the apartment: a generous, bright room for cooking, eating and unwinding. Large corner sofa with coffee table, dining table with four chairs, television with soundbar and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and coffee machine. That way the crew can sit together after work instead of retreating to their rooms.
Bedroom 1 – three single beds with TV
Room with three separate single beds; two of them can be combined into a double bed on request. Plus a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables with reading lamps and indirect lighting.
Bedroom 2 – three single beds
A second room with three separate single beds and space to put luggage and workwear. Everyone gets their own bed – no bunk beds, no squeezing up.
Bedroom 3 – single room
Quiet single room with bed, bedside table, reading lamp and wall light. The right choice if you need peace and quiet or work shifts and have to sleep during the day.
Bathroom
Modern tiled bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit and an illuminated mirror cabinet. Towels are provided.
Separate laundry room
A room just for laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer side by side, a continuous worktop above them, a shelf for fresh towels and a laundry basket. Detergent is provided.
Entrance, parking and outside space
Separate entrance and a large paved car park directly in front of the house – free of charge and suitable for vans, Sprinters and trailers. You come and go as your working day requires.

Arrival and departure
Arrival from 14:00, departure by 10:00. Late arrival by arrangement – we will find a solution for shift work too.
Smoking
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is possible outside.
Pets
Pets by prior arrangement.
Quiet hours
Please be considerate between 22:00 and 06:00 – many of our guests are up early.
Cleaning
The final cleaning is included in the price. We ask that you leave the apartment swept clean and the fridge empty.
Occupancy
As a rule, the apartment is only let to one company or group of guests at a time – no sharing with guests you do not know.
