Take the A27 between Bremen and Bremerhaven to the Hagen im Bremischen junction, then follow the signs towards Hagen and the commercial estate. Industriestraße is signposted. There is a large free car park in front of the house, suitable for vans and trailers as well.
The nearest railway stations are Bremerhaven and Bremen, with bus connections into the surrounding area. For contractors we recommend travelling in your own vehicle – for work in this region a car is all but essential.
From Bremen Airport it is around 35 kilometres via the A281 and A27 – roughly 35 minutes by hire car.
From here you can quickly reach the main industrial and construction sites in the north-west: the ports, shipyards and the offshore wind sector in Bremerhaven and along the Unterweser, the large industrial plants in Bremen, and the many commercial estates in Loxstedt, Beverstedt, Schwanewede and Osterholz-Scharmbeck. For projects that move between sites, a base between the two cities is a real advantage.
There are pubs, takeaways, pizzerias and bakeries nearby, plus several delivery services that bring food to the door. So nobody has to cook after a long day – but a fully equipped kitchen is there for anyone who wants to.
Supermarkets, a bakery, a drinks store, a pharmacy, a petrol station and DIY stores are all quick to reach – mostly within a few minutes' drive.
Bremerhaven with the Klimahaus, the German Emigration Centre and Zoo am Meer, Bremen city centre, the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea, and the region's walking and cycling routes are all within day-trip range.
